Launch into the DECA Zone! Sit in the seat your students sit in to have a better understanding of DECA! Morning workshops will not only be informational but will demonstrate engagement activities and tools that can be used in instruction. Spend the afternoon truly launching into DECA through the competition experience!

The membership assistance program will provide financial support to help students who cannot afford to participate.

Competition Expertise and Support for Advisors

The Business Operations Research Series will take advisors through:

1) Integrating the Business Operations Research events into a Marketing Information Management

instructional unit for a grade.

2) Strategies for conducting both primary and secondary research based on this year's topic.

3) Developing each section of the project according to the DECA guidelines.

Each virtual workshop is 15-20 minutes and will be posted to Teach DECA.

The USDA released a tool to help school staff determine if certain foods meet the nutrition requirements to be sold in school fundraisers and students stores on campus.

WRLC 2022 Scholarships

California DECA is proud to host this year’s Western Region Leadership Conference. The application for the WRLC Scholarship opens today and all active chapters within Western Region DECA are eligible. 

The $7,900.32 scholarship pool consists of (4) WRLC Scholarship “packages” that will pay inclusive registration & housing costs for 4 students (quad rate) and 1 advisor (single rate). Detailed guidelines can be found on the attached.
