After months of planning and praying, we cannot believe that our West Valley Christian School fundraising dinner and auction is quickly approaching on February 23, 2024! We extend our sincere gratitude to Petra Contracting, our presenting sponsor, for their invaluable support. Our event is nearly sold out, with only a few tickets remaining! The deadline for ticket purchases is today, 2/14/2024. Secure your tickets through the link provided below. For those who have already reserved their tickets, we eagerly anticipate your presence at the event!

WVCS Dinner and Auction

Friday, February 23, 2024

Check-in, appetizers, drinks, games, and more begin at 5:30 pm.

The event ends, and check-out begins around 9:30 pm.

The optimal check-in time is 5:30 pm! Please be patient as our volunteers work hard to check in all guests as fast as possible.

Complete your registration and payment information on your account prior to arrival to allow the fastest check-in for all our guests and ease of bidding and participating in the evening's events. (To do this, sign in and then click on the "My Info" button at the top of the homepage at WVCSAuction.com.)

Lux Air Jet Centers at the Goodyear Airport

to your table to help expedite check-in!

WHAT TO WEAR

The average temperature on February 23rd is a high of 72 and a low of 51.

Please check the local weather report and remember that our event is an indoor/outdoor combination. Please dress accordingly.

Attire is dressy casual, so whether it's jeans and a button-up shirt or a cocktail dress, we want you to feel your best and be ready for a great time supporting WVCS and Christian Education!

SILENT AUCTION

Silent Auction

Visit WVCSAuction.com and click on the items tab to see some of the amazing items to bid on.

You do not need to be present to bid and win on most items. Pickup will be available at WVCS the week following the event if you are unable to pick it up at the event itself.

Bidding for the Silent Auction is now open! All silent auction bidding ends at 8:30 pm on Friday, February 23rd. Check back daily for additional items that are being added!
