Dogs need to be leashed at all times - for your safety and for the safety of those around you.

Additionally, please dispose of dog waste appropriately - in a bag and in a bin.

Swan Park
The Waupaca Parks and Rec Men's Softball league is a competitive slow pitch league played at Swan Park softball complex. This Tuesday night league is split into A and B leagues depending on the number of teams signed up.

Looking for outdoor activities this winter? Check out our River Ridge Trail System. We have miles of trails weaving through our city with beautiful vantage points (Shambeau Hill), nature, and a variety of landscapes from wetlands (Grass Lake) to forests (Swan Park/Shambeau Park).

Adopt-A-Trail Program
We are looking for organizations and community members interested in assisting the Waupaca Park and Recreation department in maintaining safe and well-groomed trails on the River Ridge Trail system. This is a great opportunity for businesses, Boy and Girl Scout troops, classrooms, clubs, groups of friends or families to give back to their community by helping us protect this great local resource.
