Happy Thanksgiving!
Our entire staff and board of directors want to express thanks for your support for our efforts to advocate for a sustainable Richmond region. We track and update you on major land use, housing, and transportation issues in the Richmond region so that you can have a say in shaping where and how we grow.
Over the past year, we’ve updated you and weighed in on multiple proposals in the region, including the Diamond District and City Center, and the Hanover and Henrico comprehensive planning updates (in progress). We’ve promoted policies and funding for affordable housing and supported better transit and safer streets for walking and biking.
We have great news to share – a generous donor granted us $50,000 that enabled us to convert Amy’s position as PSG coordinator from part-time to full-time and to add to Jordyn’s hours.

Next Tuesday is #givingtuesday — a day set aside to balance the commercialism of the holiday season with the spirit of pure giving to good causes. It’s a great day to donate to PSG to help us reach our goal of $50,000 in individual donations!
