Staff Spotlight
Our Staff Make a Difference!
We want to give a warm welcome to Anna Bobo, Resident Services Coordinator at Quail Ridge Apartments. Anna joined us in September and has already expanded her partners to include United Community Centers. United Community Centers will be providing snack lunches on Saturday and Sunday at Quail Ridge Apartments. Anna also has maintained the relationships built before she started as Coordinator, and has continued the partnership with JEWEL Foundation who delivers meals throughout the week at Quail Ridge.
Way to go, Anna, thank you for all you are doing for the residents of Quail Ridge Apartments and welcome to Atlantic Housing Foundation!
Trunk or Treat
No Tricks, Just Treats!
As our Resident Service Coordinators begin the "hybrid" services, Tamara Canzater of Waters at Longcreek and Waters at Fairfield communities in Columbia, South Carolina found a way to treat her residents to a special trunk or treat activity. Providing candy and activities pre-packaged and ready to go, Tamar was able to use local and CDC guidelines to safely distribute both treats and craft activities to children in the Waters at Fairfield community. With a successful distribution at Waters at Fairfield, and lots of happy customers, she is planning another distribution today at Waters at Longcreek. "Safety is our number one concern. We make sure that we are engaging with our community and still providing services, but we do it in a way that is safe for everyone involved". Great job, Tamara!

'Tis the Season for Giving
December is the month we focus on you, our families! We will have opportunities for you to give and receive at our communities. These young men enjoyed the Angel Tree last year at Silver Leaf Villas Apartments. This year our Resident Services Coordinators will continue the tradition of giving and receiving with Angel Tree and Adopt-a-Family Trees springing up in the office. Keep an eye out for your opportunity to participate and be an elf-helper or sign up to receive if you are in need.

We look forward to this long-time tradition of Atlantic Housing Foundation.
