This is NOT a predetermined posed shot. At a recent Friday AM, members spontaneously wanted to be in a photo that shows support for the Safety Levy. This spontaneous safety support crossed over a broad range of business types, sizes, and political spectrums. The Gresham Area Chamber Board voted to support the levy. The election is in May. Information is available on the chamber website or email the office for any questions not answered.

The new tax funds free attorneys for renters, no matter what income level of the renter.
Local family-owned businesses will pay, while the biggest corporations will not be required to pay.
Seniors will pay when they sell their homes intending to fund health and end-of-life expenses or withdraw retirement savings (which is required for many).
No income thresholds for who would receive free services.
