Volunteer Needs:

Tessa D'Italia will be hosting a Holiday Boutique for vendors across Westchester to showcase their special items. We have been given the honor of having a table and being chosen to receive a portion of the proceeds from the Holiday Boutique.

We are looking for 2 volunteers to host an information table. You will have the opportunity to spread awareness of our critical mission while also encouraging community members to get involved!

Go the Extra Mile: Spark Hope for Wish Kids

Help spark hope and transformation for a child with a critical illness this holiday season during the Subaru Share the Love® Event. From November 17, 2022, through January 3, 2023, with every new Subaru purchased or leased at one of more than 600 participating Subaru retailers nationwide, Subaru will donate $250 to the customer’s choice of charities, including Make-A-Wish.

In addition, we have two local dealerships, Bill Kolb, Jr Subaru (Rockland County - Orangeburg, NY) and Smith Cairns Subaru (Westchester County - Yonkers) have selected our chapter as their Hometown Charity! Be sure to visit and thank them for their support!

Subaru of America Inc. and its retailers have donated more than $227 million to charity through its annual Share the Love Event. Since 2011,

Make-A-Wish® has received $29 million of those funds, transforming the lives of more than 3,000 wish children.

*All donations made by Subaru of America Inc. Each participating national charity will receive a minimum donation of $250,000. Pre-approved Hometown Charities may be selected for donation depending on retailer participation, and several retailers selected their local Make-A-Wish chapter.

We know that wish trips change lives, and each year, our airline partners go above and beyond to bring the joy of travel wishes to our wish kids. But we need your help!

More than 75 percent of all wishes involve travel. Your support will help bring hope to wish kids today. We are especially in need of United & Delta air miles and once donated, your miles never expire and will go directly to our chapter!
