We have a few families coming who have player siblings and would love to play with a team while they are up in Vail.
I know we have 2 very talented 2011 girls players looking for a team to play on.
Email player@kickitsoccer.com with your player or your team need and we will do what we can to get you connected.
Friday Night Check-In, Activation and Events
Plan on spending Friday night at a fun event where you can check in, join us for a social event and a soccer skills contest we will provide details on by Thursday.
If you cannot check in Friday night then please come by the Kick It Tent before your game on Saturday to get your stuff.
Game Schedules
Schedules will be coming out Thursday night, but plan on being at the fields from 9am to 3pm for your matches on Saturday and Sunday. Your actual time will probably be less, but that is a good time to block off.

We have some information linked from the tournament page, but more parking details coming in the next few days. We are waiting on parking details from Vail. There is a link to the parking details we have on our tournament page.

Want to Practice Friday Afternoon?
We will start setting up some fields on Friday at 2pm if you want to head out to the fields for some practice.
Team Awards
As always we will have our beautiful medals you can earn to add to your collection. Additionally, National Champions will receive commemorative championship t-shirts. They cost us about the same as giving individual trophies, but instead of gathering dust on a shelf you get to wear it with pride for everyone to see.

Waivers and Rosters: We have been getting a few questions about waivers. When you add your players to your roster in the registration process it will send them an email to join, and as long as they join they will be done with the waiver. IF YOU NEED HELP PLEASE USE THE CHAT FEATURE. They don't like to send us any instructions on how to do things and would rather help you directly. If you have issues with chat please let us know. After all of this, if for some reason you cannot get this to work you can print and fill out this waiver (LINK TO WAIVER), then take a picture and email it to waiver@kickitsoccer.com and bring it to the event.

Proof of Age: You must have proof of age available electronically with a picture on your phone or a valid ID or birth certificate.

Sportsmanship Award: We give out a sportsmanship award to at least one team at each tournament, with a choice of prizes in the $250+ Range for the team.

Adding or Changing Players on Your Roster:You may add or change your roster up until before your first game.

Schedules: Schedules Will be Posted On This Page by Thursday Night. It is important to download the app as well for your best tournament experience.

Concessions: We will be sending out details about this tonight with a map of the fields and venue for your convenience.

Restrooms: Restrooms at the event will be next to the concessions.
PREPARATION FOR THE EVENT
Step 1 - VERY IMPORTANT Please double check that you registered for the correct tournament.
Step 2 - ALSO VERY IMPORTANT Please make sure you registered for the right birth year-we go by birth year with our divisions, such as 2013, 2014, 2015, NOT "U12", "U13", etc., because those age divisions change during the summer
Step 3 - ALSO VERY IMPORTANT Make sure you registered with the right gender for your team. We have had some teams accidentally register for the wrong gender, and not discover it until the final schedules came out.
