Hi there!

Welcome to the October 2019 newsletter from Marketing Moves!

Our featured article this month is a great blog by our Director of Americas David Holton , which details how to tell a career story to create an emotional connection in interviews - I highly recommend you read it and please do leave your comments.

We have an international feel to our featured jobs this month, with new roles in New York , Paris and Germany . You can of course see all our UK roles on our jobs page.

We've also included a brief news roundup of the slightly more obscure tech and marketing news from September, do please take a look and feel free to add your own in the comments!

If there's anything you'd like to discuss in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me direct or one of our international offices if preferred.
Best wishes,

Melvin Day

Whenever a developer talks about how they used to take their Spectrum ZX apart when they were young to see how it was built, I know I've found a great candidate for a job.Nothing about past companies, skills or experience whatsoever – just pure insight into why they loved what they did.

As anyone who read our recent blog about changing working times will know, tech employees are working in pockets of all hours of the day and night, rather than the typical 9 – 5. Often it’s to do with family commitments, but just as much it’s about global teams communicating as far apart as Sydney to San Francisco.

Up to £70k + Bonus, Paris

You will shape overall marketing strategy to deliver leads and accelerate targeted pipeline growth, whilst driving new and creative lead generation activities including events, direct marketing, webinars, collateral and customer case studies.
