Global sourcing is becoming one of the most important elements of the supply chain transition in the past year. Now more than ever we are seeing companies expand their sourcing reach to all parts of the world. Although China is still the preferred source, we are seeing companies increasingly use sources in other parts of the world as well, including Thailand, India, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

With that in mind, here are three important things we look for in all of our global partners.
1. Capability: They have to be able to produce the best possible products in the world (Literally).
2. Technology: The have to not only have the technology to meet todays demands but also be ready to meet your demands in the future as well.
3. Reliability: They have to be reliable. When dealing with companies in countries on the other side of the world we have to know that we can count on them at all times.
Of course, there are many other factors in play, but without a doubt these are the most important.
