LIBRARY TENT.  Join us for a live! “Spice Chat” with special guest Nicole Gagliardi, owner of the Spice and Tea Exchange in Portsmouth NH.
Nicole will discuss the different types of peppercorns and pepperberries, their flavor profiles, and how to choose the right one for your next dish.
