Affordable high-quality care is essential for everyone. On behalf of Carmen and the 5,741 Access DuPage members served this year, we thank you for your support, which enables us to successfully adapt care models to respond to shifting and emerging needs. Changes this year alone included:
- Expanded income guidelines to serve more low-income working families
- Resumed popular Take Charge of Your Diabetes classes in person
- Added a team of four bilingual health navigators to better assist clients
- Launched new programs helping families burdened by medical debt
