Today's radio program will be a replay of one I did with WKBK producer & talk show host Forrest Sundstrom back in October of 2021.
Forrest had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes several months prior, but he took the bull by the horns, drastically changing his lifestyle and diet and essentially turning the entire thing around!
Because type 2 diabetes is a hot-button health concern for many in our population today, and because I will not be doing a live program today, Forrest will be rebroadcasting our conversation from that day. The reason I will not be doing a live program today is because it is the day of the Memorial Service for Mike Walsh, a friend we lost untimely to the medical neglect of standard Covid-19 care that ignores early, effective, and inexpensive treatments in lieu of those commanded by the CARES Act.
Mike is one of very many whose lives were needlessly lost.
