The Bend single-family home (SFR) market saw a slight increase in inventory last month, while median marketing times in both Bend and Redmond declined in February. New SFR building permits rose in Bend but saw a slight decline in Redmond. Notably, 18% of Bend home sales were priced at $1 million or more.
