Participate in a hybrid caucus on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 7:30 pm Pacific. Those attending the convention in person may participate in the caucus onsite.

New membership qualifying requirement for Distinguished Club Program
Effective immediately, the membership requirement is now having either 20 members or a net growth of at least three (3) new, dual, or reinstating members as of June 30 for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 program years.
Officer Training Status and Dates
Did you know you can attend Officer's training at ANY other Toastmasters District and get credit for officers trained? Click here for a list of links to districts on the west coast of North America with training opportunities

To receive credit for training in another district, send an email to the Program Quality Director for that district with a copy to District 39 Program Quality Director Lance McMahan at lance.mcmahan@district39.org.
A Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) Training is scheduled for Saturday, August 27, at 9:00 am and a Club Officer Training is on Tuesday, August 30 at 6:00 pm.

Donny Crandell has been a Toastmaster for 11 years. He is a three-time District 39 Int'l Speech Contest Champion.

In 2016, he was a top ten finalist in the World Championship of Public Speaking and was disqualified by going over time by six seconds. In 2017, he earned the Accredited Speaker Designation and earned his DTM in 2020.

Note: these are the last opportunities to get credit before training closes.
 Accredited Speaker Donny Crandell will be providing the keynote address at the TLI, "Leading with Excellence."
