Gate Code Change
Attention All Members!

The main gate access code will change this morning, Thursday, October 15.

Please check your new membership card
for the new code number.

If the gate code you entered doesn't work, you either need to consult your membership badge and look for the
2020-2021 gate code or you forgot to renew your membership.

Click the link below to see about your renewal.
ATTENTION
Due to a hard, short rain, (3 inches in one hour) the 100-yard bridge over the creek has been damaged. Therefore, the 100-yard berm is NOT accessible at this time.

UPDATE: We have talked with two engineers and will discuss their findings at the Board meeting next week.

We will make an announcement in this spot as to when the bridge will re-open and the 100-yard berm is accessible again.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

PHA Board of Directors
REMINDER

ATTENTION TO ALL PHA MEMBERS!

ALL PHA MEMBERS MUST WEAR THEIR PHA ID BADGES
ON THEIR PERSON (NOT ON YOUR RANGE BAG, NOT HANGING ON THE REARVIEW MIRROR OF YOUR VEHICLE, OR ANYWHERE ELSE) AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON PHA PROPERTY.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If anyone asks about your badge, do not take it personally.
Just show your badge and thank them for asking.

PHA Board of Directors.
ATTENTION ALL PHA MEMBERS!
Governor Cooper's Phase 3 does
not change anything for PHA.

All PHA matches will continue their normal schedule. However, we still must still follow a few NC restrictions while shooting matches.

They are:

  • While shooting outdoors, no more than 50 people will be allowed to participate in ANY PHA match.
  • Everyone shooting the match must maintain the 6-foot separation.
  • All match shooters, match directors, and RSO's must wear protective masks.
  • No food can be provided at any match.

If these requirements cannot be complied with at any match, then the match must be canceled. These requirements will remain in place until the NC Governor relaxes them again. And we'll report those changes in the Range Report.

Also, the guest restriction has been removed. Please follow the normal limitation, 2 per member, for guests you bring PHA Range.

PHA Board of Directors.

Annual Membership Renewal
is Underway.

This is for all members in all PHA organizations.
Everything you need to know.

The annual membership renewal is now in overtime.

Everything was mailed in an envelope via US Mail from PHA on July 3. This envelope contained the forms that you needed to renew your membership for the coming year.

NOTE: If you are just now renewing your PHA Club membership (NOT stockholders), you must include a check for $125 + a $50 late fee for your annual dues.

Attempts (via telephone or email) were made to contact you before September 30 that your renewal was coming down to the wire.

NOTE: If you do not sign all your renewal documents and/or if you do not include your annual dues payment, if required, your new membership card will not be issued to you. All your documents will be returned to you to be completed. You will have to re-submit everything. This will delay the issuance of your new membership card.

If you haven't renewed your membership, you're now in the penalty phase.

  • September 1. PHA membership renewals are due on this day.

  • September 30. This was the final day to renew your membership without penalty. Your renewal information must have been postmarked September 30 or before in order to avoid a penalty.

  • October 1 to December 31. Memberships renewed during this time will incur a $50 late fee in addition to the $125 annual dues.

  • December 31. This is the final day that dues + penalty will be accepted. If you have not renewed by this date, you will be officially dropped from the PHA membership rolls. If you renew after this date, you must re-apply as a brand-new member and pay the new member fees.

If you have any questions, please contact the
Cut this out and tape it on the refrigerator. (too late now)
