We want to make sure you are as prepared as possible for the Spring Season! So, below is a list of frequently asked questions and their answers so that you better know how our league operates and what to expect with us an organization.

"WHERE & WHEN CAN I
VIEW MY SEASON INFORMATION?"
  • How Do I View My Account?
  • You may access your account by going to i9Sports.com and signing in using the red "Log Into My Account" button on the top of the page.

  • When And Where Can I View My Player's Team Details?
  • Team-Specific program details are NOT released until the week before Opening Day.
  • Once released, the team assignments, full season schedules, and opening day details are all available for you to access in your i9Sports.com account
  • Teams are not finalized until the week before because there are still many moving parts during this time such as new registrations and coach signups

  • How Can I view My Player's Schedule?
  • Log into your i9Sports Account
  • Click on the "My Season" tab
  • Click My Schedule
  • **Keep in mind that the schedule will not be available until one week before the start of the season**
"WHO WILL BE COACHING OUR TEAM?"
  • How Are The Team Coaches Determined?
  • ALL coaches are VOLUNTEERS.
  • They can be parents, siblings, or family friends of anyone on the team!
  • That means even you can be a coach for your player this season!

  • What Does i9 Do To Help Their Volunteer Coaches?
  • We provide all kinds of resources to help make sure the coaches are set up for a great experience. Including:
  • Weekly Practice Plans
  • A pre-season coach clinic to prepare for the game days
  • A pre-season coach meeting to go over our philosophy and answer any questions the coaches may have
  • A Weekly Newsletter to make sure they are in the loop for everything our coaches need to be updated on
  • An exclusive i9 Sports Coaching App
  • And much MORE

  • Do The Coaches Need to Have Experience?
  • No!
  • Coaching any i9 Sport is easy and no prior sports knowledge is required as the most important traits of our coaches are give high-fives and providing a fun environment for the players!
  • i9 Sports will provide the guidance needed to know how to run practices and games. From our practice plans to playbook guides, to out mobile coaching app!

  • How Do I Become A Coach?
  • That's easy! Just fill out our online VOLUNTEER APPLICATION followed by a background check!
"HOW DO THE GAME DAYS WORK?"
  • When Does My Player Get Their Jersey?
  • All team jerseys are given to their volunteer coach on opening day. The volunteer coach will then hand out the jerseys to the players before they begin their practice.

  • What Equipment Is Required That I Need To Bring?
  • ALL SPORTS
  • Athletic shorts or pants
  • Flag Football does NOT permit red shorts/pants or red stripes because the flags are red
  • Water!
  • Hydration is immensely important and water fountains are not found on premises!

  • FLAG FOOTBALL
  • Cleats or Athletic Sneakers
  • Mouthguards are MANDATORY (Sold at the fields for $5)

  • SOCCER
  • Cleats or Athletic Sneakers
  • Cleats are not permitted at any indoor venue
  • Shin Guards are MANDATORY (Sold at the fields for $15)

  • BASEBALL
  • Cleats or Athletic Sneakers
  • Baseball Gloves are MANDATORY (NOT sold at the fields)
  • Toddler size gloves are recommended for 3 & 4 Year olds
  • 9" Size for 5 & 6 year olds
  • Helmets and bats are encouraged but will be provided if needed.

  • BASKETBALL
  • Basketball Shoes or Athletic Sneakers
  • Your own ball are MANDATORY

  • What Kind of Accessories Are Not Allowed To Be Worn?
  • The following must be taken off before entering any field/court of play
  • Watches
  • Necklaces
  • Bracelets
  • Piercings (IF they can not be removed they must be covered up by tape)

  • What Should I Do When Arriving At The Field?
  • Please make sure you know what your team name/number & field/court number is upon arrival.
  • You can access this information when you login to your account at i9sports.com and go to the "My Season" tab.
  • We ask that you please go straight to your field/court area when you arrive at your location.
  • You may go straight to your field/court to meet your coach and get your player started with their first practice!

  • What Happens If There is Bad Weather?
  • League play may be cancelled due to inclement weather, poor field conditions, or any other venue issues that prevents us from playing.
  • The Weather Hotline WILL BE UPDATED ONE HOUR BEFORE 1st PRACTICE...
  • We recommend you call this number in the event of inclement weather prior to heading to the fields: 678- 309-1909
  • Please don't assume games are canceled unless confirmed by the league office.
  • You will be notified through the weather hotline and then again via email for any inclement weather issues.

  • How Do I Sign Up To Bring Snacks?
  • Snack signups are done online.
  • Log in to your i9Sports.com account, click on My Season, click on My Schedule and you can sign up to be the snack provider for any week that has not yet been taken by someone else who wants to provide snacks that week.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
  • What Does "Tentative Schedule" Mean?
  • Each of our venue are on a rental basis and all decisions regarding blackout dates, cancellations and location changes are directly influenced by the venue owner.
  • Please understand that the schedule is subject to change and weekly changes may occur if required by the venue owner. However, this is not common.
  • Sometimes we will need to move players to another venue to provide the best experience for your child (If the changes are made and do not work for you, we will always provide a full refund or credit for you)
  • In the event of not having enough registrations, the league format can be different

  • What if I have a problem at the field?
  • League staff on site will consist of a site manager, sport coordinator, i9 Sports customer service/table, and other i9 Sports staff helpers who are there to support all participants, spectators and coaches.
  • If you have any issues that need to be immediately addressed, please find the sport coordinator or site manager or go to the i9 table before leaving so they can help resolve the problem.
  • If an issue arises that needs attention by league administrators, please do not hesitate to email us with your concerns.
  • We want your feedback!

  • Are Parents Expected To Show Good Sportsmanship?
  • YES!
  • We are a RECREATIONAL Sports League.
  • That means we are here to have fun, not create the next superstar professional athletes, so it is expected of our parents to act in a way that does not create a hostile environment to hinder the experience of the children who are playing the games!
  • Please watch the video below to identify what we expect from our spectators
  • What Is Your Refund Policy?
  • Our registration refund policy and registration agreement state that there will be NO REFUNDS after the deadline.
  • If for any reason your child can no longer participate, we can transfer your child's registration to another sport or season, provide a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee or provide you with a registration credit before the start of your program.
  • From the moment you register your child in a youth sports program, the funds begin to be used to prepare your child for the season.
  • Player insurance, jersey, awards, venue rental, venue insurance, equipment, coach shirts, staff training, on field paid referees, site coordinators, sport coordinators etc. are all costs that are fully or partially incurred before we ever hit the field.

  • How Long is the Season?
  • Winter: 6 weeks
  • Spring: 7 weeks
  • Summer: 5 weeks
  • Fall: 7 weeks
  • Each season we take into account local county school calendars and major holidays for bye weeks!
  • We also take into account at least one rainout day.
