Your input is needed as the Greater Easley Chamber and our partners with the Upstate Chamber Coalition begin the development of our 2023 Legislative Agenda. Each year we seek input on business priorities and critical issues that face our chamber member businesses. Please take a few minutes and have YOUR VOICE heard by completing this year’s legislative survey.
The survey is open until October to any Chamber Investor and their employees. We encourage you to share the survey link with your management team or anyone in your organization who might be interested in taking the survey. This is a great opportunity to play a direct role in shaping our advocacy agenda for not only our Easley-Powdersville area, but for our entire Upstate region. To be the best advocate for your business, we need your voice.

Pickens County- Honoring Oct.1 - Nov. 13 as Operation Green Light for Veterans
On October 1, the Pickens County Administration Building and Courthouse were illuminated green and will remain green until November 13 for Operation Green Light for Veterans, a new national collaborative initiative of the National Association of Counties (NACo) to support military veterans, as well as raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by many veterans and the resources that are available at the county, state, and federal level to assist veterans and their families. Pickens County residents are encouraged to participate by simply changing one light bulb in their house to a green bulb leading up to Veterans’ Day. This can be an exterior light that neighbors and passersby see or an interior light that sparks a conversation with friends. Local businesses are also welcome to participate by illuminating their business green, especially during the week of Veterans’ Day, November 6-12, 2022.Read More
