Tips for Newcomers

Connect with your mentor, if you requested one, before you see each other at the Mentor Meet & Greet (Jan. 28th, 5:00-6:00 pm). If you have not been contacted by your mentor, please email us. P.S. you can attend Mentor Meet & Greet even if you do not have an assigned mentor!

If you still need to complete your profiles, please do so right away. It takes 35 minutes to complete your organizational profile for the first time – & just five minutes in future years. Log in to your member dashboard and click All About Me to begin.

Check & respond to CONNECTS meeting requests. If you are not interested in meeting new operators, check out the amazing destinations that are attending in 2019. Destinations aren’t selling tours but rather providing information, programming ideas & marketing resources/support.

Get familiar with your member dashboard. This is where you will find specific conference information, plus year-round resources!

Click <Edit Registration Form> on your Task Manager (found in lower right of your dashboard)
