Please find attached lender guidance on the new $1,500 conventional closing cost assistance grant.
The grant was rolled-out on Monday, June 26 as part of the
#OwnItIowa Campaign as yet another incentive for Iowans to purchase homes this summer.
The closing cost assistance may be coupled with IFA's other down payment assistance programs - which could translate to
a total of $9,000 in assistance if buyers are eligible for all programs!
The closing cost assistance is available for a limited time only and is expected to assist approximately 230 home buyers.
