During late winter, 2020, I interviewed Tom Mulroy, Developer of Bellefield at Historic Hyde Park, for inclusion in the newsletter I publish, The Brick. The first formal issue of this newsletter was introduced in February, 2020 with this article included.
One month later, Covid gripped our nation. The Brick has consistently provided a trusted and transparent resource for Hudson Valley real estate market information as well as the real estate industry as a whole ever since. The content in this newsletter has led to numerous interviews with the press for expert input on market conditions.
Projected dates and certain components of the project adjusted since publication, due in part to Covid, but the overall project remains much the same.

On May 2, 2024, a ribbon cutting event formalized the open of the Inn at Bellefield. See the video of the event and follow-up interview with Tom Mulroy as he updated the project and discussed what to expect in this five phase project with current anticipated completion 5-7 years. What had been vacant land across the street from the Culinary Institute of America is slated to be a destination spot.
