SCHEDULE UPDATE
Our schedule will transition along with the studio.
NEW CLASS ADDED HOT YOGA BOOTCAMP. w/Melissa This class is a combination of movements designed to increase heart rate with cardio, strengthen & sculpt muscles with Barre work, stretch & lengthen those muscle with yoga all while sweating in a 100 degree studio.
This class will replace the BootyCamp classes created by Heather. Heather & Justin will be leaving Balance to open their own personal training studio. The last BootyCamp class will be Saturday Dec. 19.
Once we are relocated more classes will be added to the schedule. Holly will return and offer early morning Hot Yoga BootCamp Class, Lite Lunch (40 minutes) classes will be added as well as early evening classes.
