Four key points for Broadcast Email

Please remember the following when using member-to-member Broadcast Email.

1) Web links are not allowed in Broadcast Email, including links to your personal website, brokerage website, social media site, website highlighting any property, or to the VMLS. Please check your email before trying to send it.

Emails that include any links will be flagged and delayed from sending until corrected. Delayed senders will get an email notification letting them know the reason.

2) Emails being sent through these two categories are being moderated:

open-house@gaggle.email and broker-open-house@gaggle.email.

Note: Emails are moderated during office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday). We will work to release email efficiently, but please plan accordingly.

3) There are now TWO email addresses in Broadcast Email to be used for open houses.

Public Open Houses: Is for open houses that are open to the public. This category will use the existing address open-house@gaggle.email

Broker Open House: Is for open houses that are NOT targeted to the public. Use the new address broker-open-house@gaggle.email

4) Keep embedded images and any attachments below 10MB or it will cause images to be stripped (not shown in email).

Also, the group limit per day is 25MB - for each category. Please keep images/pdf attachments compressed to smaller sizes to help keep the system working effectively.
