$100K Golf Tournament + Summer Field Trip Smiles + New "Randy" on the Block

AUSTIN HOPE GOLF TOURNAMENT RAISES $110,000

About seven years ago, Austin of Hope Family Wines thought he should bring back the Wine Festival Golf Tournament tradition and while he was at it, turn it into a fundraiser for Must! Charities.

We had NO idea that it would become a six-figure enterprise. We are so incredibly grateful for this team of event pros and the dozens of sponsors and players who made this happen!

SUMMER FIELD TRIP SMILES

Last Spring the Must! Charities Youth Board raised over $10,000 so that children at North County People's Self-Help Housing locations could have a summer filled with field trips. Fresh off the press are some of the pictures from recent outings - look at those smiles!

PROJECT MANAGER: RANDY

You may already know Randy, as he’s Becky’s number one fan and has supported Must! from the get go. Randy oversees Must! projects and is instrumental in ensuring organizations meet project milestones.

A few fun facts about Randy:

He received his master’s in Educational Leadership and Administrative Credentials at Cal Poly during COVID
“Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake is a surefire way to get him on the dance floor
He works hard and plays hard
He built out his van to support his favorite hobbies including camping, surfing, hiking, and fishing
He has a green thumb and loves sharing garden to table cooking with family and friends
He loves country music and embraces Tim McGraw’s advice to “always say humble and kind”
He married his best friend and he’s an awesome dad
