Policy & Agenda Setting: Are Artists at the Table?

With a new administration in place, policy shifts are on the horizon—but will artists have a voice in shaping them? Too often, artists are asked to endorse policies without having a say in their creation. Yet, they bring unique perspectives and lived experiences that can drive more inclusive, forward-thinking policy solutions.

Where does your organization stand? Are artists merely symbolic supporters, or are they active partners in agenda setting? Assess your approach and explore ways to strengthen artist-led advocacy.
