Tell us about yourself.
I am a NC based multidisciplinary artist exploring reflections of spiritual, societal, familial and experiential connections in my life. After nearly 35 years as a community muralist, my focus shifted to creating my story. Motivated by feminine/arboreal forms in boldly emotive and gestural poses I, sometimes, combine traditional elements and found or repurposed objects, - Catholic paraphernalia, vintage lace, onion bags – to develop sculptures and mixed media pieces that define space through fluidity, pattern, cadence and feminine magic gleaned from my immigrant, matriarchal forbears.

With a background that spans traditional theater, theme parks and digital media, he has spent recent years creating “immersive-enhanced” productions that invite audiences not just to watch a story unfold but to step directly into it.
