The Florida Keys Outreach Coalition seeks to provide homeless individuals and families with the resources and opportunities by which to attain residential, financial and personal stability and self-sufficiency. The FKOC further seeks to address the causes of homelessness and works towards its elimination in Monroe County, Florida.

FKOC has worked hard to expand their services in response to COVID-19. Their small food pantry in Key West typically serves less than 30 families weekly, and they have now expanded to provide groceries for 300 households twice a week. They have expanded their Quick Assist program to offer emergency financial assistance for those with documented income loss due to COVID-19, in partnership with UWCK and other supporters. In April and May, they have processed $85,000 in emergency financial assistance throughout the county and are also now offering utility assistance in partnership with Keys Energy Services.

Thank you to our long-time partner FKOC for all you do in our community!
