As per Governor Lou Leon Guerrero’s Executive Order 2020-16 , effective May 29 th , dine-in restaurants, places of worship, group exercise classes and public parks & beaches may open. Additionally, social congregation has been expanded to 25 people. Note that the public health emergency has been extended and is not set to expire on June 29, 2020. Guam is still in PCOR 2 and social distancing and sanitation protocols are still in effect including the wearing of face masks.
