#2022APPAM Day 3: Friday
The third day of #2022APPAM kicked off with an Equity & Inclusion Fellowship Breakfast while others got a workout in at the HIIT wellness session bright and early!

The day was packed with concurrent sessions, networking, the PhD Fair, APPAM swag giveaways and lots of great conversation! APPAM President-Elect, Kitt Carpenter, delivered an awesome speech at the Equity & Inclusion Lunch and closed the day's Super Sessions with a roundtable discussion on the state of LGBTQ+ rights.

APPAM Communities continued with gatherings of BIPOC in Public Policy, Women in Econ, Child Well-Being & LGBTQ+ Researchers. Later, 100 participants had the opportunity to share their research at the evening's poster reception while fellow attendees perused with their margaritas!

APPAM Communities support opportunities for any group of people to meet at the conference and discuss the topics most important to them. These get-togethers, selected through a submission process, will focus on any number of shared interests or experiences, including, but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, geographical location, methodology, or approach. No RSVP needed.
