We’re excited to announce that registration and hotel blocks for the upcoming MAS 2025 Mid-Winter Legislative Conference is now open! Here’s everything you need to know:

🗓️ Conference Dates 2025

The 2025 Mid-winter Legislative Conference will take place from Wednesday, February 5, to Friday, February 7, 2025.

📍 Venue Location:

The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel & Conference Center located at 2200 Refuge Blvd. Flowood, MS 39047.

Registration and Hotel Blocks are open now! Please view the information below. For your convenience, all registration forms and hotel information will also be accessible on our website at www.mssupervisors.org.

MAS HOTEL BLOCKS

When booking with the Sheraton or other overflow hotels, note that the default reservation dates may be set from Tuesday, February 4 to Friday, February 7.

If you do not require accommodations for Tuesday, please adjust your check-in and check-out dates accordingly.

Availability for Tuesday, February 4, is limited, so if you encounter a 'sold out' notice for Tuesday through Friday that may mean only Tuesday has sold out so try booking for Wednesday to Friday instead.

Please be aware that rooms sell fast. Once the block has sold out, MAS can no longer add additional rooms. You may check the hotels website (outside the MAS block to check for availability).

Booking Tip at the Sheraton: The quickest way to book is through the Sheraton's online booking link but please note that it may only allow you to reserve one room at a time so if you need multiple rooms, we recommend having fellow colleagues book as well.

How to Register

Yay for Savings!

Early Bird Online Rate:

Counties that register through the Member Login portal (linked here or MAS website) from now until Tuesday, December 3 will enjoy a special online early bird rate! If you prefer to email, fax, or mail in a form, you will receive the regular rate until Friday, January 3, 2025.

Online Registration via Member Portal:

We strongly encourage all attendees to register online through the MAS member portal. It’s quick and easy! You can log in now to view your profile, past event registrations, education credits, and more by visiting our website and clicking on ‘Member Login’ in the top right-hand corner, or simply click this link: MAS Member Portal.

Best of all, all county registrations come with one complimentary guest pass—just another reason to register early! Please note, though, that county officials cannot register as a guest.

After submitting your registration, be sure to click checkout and select bill me later. You won’t need to pay online.
