We’re excited to announce that vendor registration for the upcoming MAS 2025 Mid-Winter Legislative Conference is now open! Here’s everything you need to know:

🗓️ Conference Dates 2025

The 2025 Mid-winter Legislative Conference will take place from Wednesday, February 5, to Friday, February 7, 2025.

📍 Venue Location:

The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel & Conference Center located at 2200 Refuge Blvd. Flowood, MS 39047.

🐦💻Early Bird Online Rate:

Register through the Member Login portal by Monday, December 16 to secure the special online early bird rate! If you prefer to email, fax, or mail in a form, the regular rate will apply until Friday, January 3, 2025. Over the weekend, we will release a step-by-step tutorial video to guide you through the Member Login Portal registration process. Don't Miss out!

🔑🌐Portal Login:

Access the Member Login portal to view early bird rate savings. If you are a first-time user, log in with your email on file and use the "Forgot Password" option to set up a new password. The "Member Login" Portal is conveniently located in the top right corner of the MAS website.

✅💳Click Checkout & Bill Me Later

After submitting your registration through the portal, be sure to click "Checkout" and select "Bill Me Later" to finalize your submission. We currently do not have the capabilities to accept payment through the member login portal. For assistance, contact Stephanie Spangler at sspangler@massup.org.

Three options for Submitting Your Registration

2.Submit through the Adobe Web form linked below.

3. Download and fill out the Registration Selection/Billing Page and the Attendee Names Page linked below. Once completed, you can email/fax/mail your forms. Please note that both pages are required.
