Last June I attended the Forbes AgTech Summit in Salinas where I met Paul Brierley, Executive Director of the Yuma Center of Excellence for Desert Agriculture (YCEDA). The Center is a public-private partnership between the University of Arizona and stakeholders from California and Arizona.
