The Leo Lucas Scholarship, presented by the OSBA Black Caucus, provides graduating ethnically diverse high school seniors funds for college. Each year, the caucus presents five scholarships, one in each of OSBA’s regions.

KEY DETAILS

Scholarship amount: $500

Application deadline: May 3

Criteria: the student must attend a public high school whose district is an OSBA member, and the student must plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution with the intention of completing a two- or four-year degree
