Hello, friends!

Each year, Woodlands hosts a benefit golf tournament. It is one of our few fundraising events of the year. Since 2008, God has provided over $750,000 through these tournaments to help fund projects like the revitalization of our lakefront and scholarships for at-risk campers, as well as the construction of two cabins, a chapel, the Commons, and the fabulous new Lodge at Woodlands!

This year, we set a big, hairy, audacious goal of raising $75k in a day! To date, over $60,000 has been pledged/given in advance, meaning we are over 80% of the way toward our goal! The tournament, however, is Monday.

Would you be willing to help? If so, you can give online. This year's tournament centers around two key causes:
  • A Bridge to the Future! Our vision for Woodlands is to build the facilities and programming needed to impact 25,000 people annually beginning in the year 2025. To do that, we are going to build a second camp. But to do THAT, we need access to the new camp. We need to build a bridge. This year's tournament will help build a bridge across the back cove of the lake enabling the 3,000 kids that will attend the new camp each summer to access The Commons, our new dining facility.
  • Jean Galloway Memorial Scholarship Fund: Lord willing, 525 at-risk campers will attend Woodlands on scholarship this summer, experience an unforgettable week of camp, and hear about Jesus! All tournament day sales of team packs and raffle tickets will benefit this key fund.
Thank you! Our pledge to you is that we will use every donated dollar to inspire and equip a generation of kids to follow Jesus and love God's Word!
