A Note About Masks
Starting Friday, July 24, Governor Brown has mandated that masks must be worn inside even during exercise. We have made a few changes to the in-studio experience based on this:
  • Heaters will not be used during any classes. We may adjust the temperature before class to warm up the room. Expect the temperature to be around 75 degrees.
  • We will run the air intake fan periodically to circulate air before and after classes.
  • Doors to the outside and lobby will continue to be open during classes for air circulation.
  • Six Feet Between Mats. This limits our class sizes to 8 in-person students, with many hopefully joining us from home as classes will be live-streamed on Zoom.
  • Pre-registration and pre-payment for all classes. No money is exchanged on site for classes and "Single Class Drop Ins" are at this time, not allowed. Zoom Drop Ins are still an option. If you pre-register, and can't make it to class, please cancel your registration on-line at least 1 hour prior to the class. This will open up your spot for another person. If you cancel later than 1 hour prior to the class time, your class pack or membership will be charged. Please be considerate of this since there are only 8 spots in class.
  • Two clients allowed in lobby at a time. Please follow the instructions posted regarding the flow of client traffic.
  • Loaner props or rentals not available. Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps are not available. Practice Kits will be available for purchase with clean, used props for $39 + yoga mats will be available for purchase.
  • Bring your own water bottle filled with water. The water station will be disabled.
  • Limit the items that you bring into the studio. Try to bring only your shoes, keys, water bottle, and yoga supplies. Storage for personal belongings will be limited. We ask that you leave your shoes in the lobby, then bring your belongings into the studio and place at the back of our yoga mat.
  • No hands-on adjustments by teachers.
  • The teacher will wear a face covering while teaching and will be at the front of the room, 6-foot minimum distance from students.
Starting Friday August 7
Friday 4:30PM with Kristin Lewallen will be back on Zoom and In-Studio.
Keeping it Clean
For your, and our, safety we are:
  • cleaning frequently touched surfaces before and after each class.
  • Cleaning floors with disinfectant solutions daily.
  • O3 - running an ozone machine overnight to purify/disinfect the space and air.
  • our floor is clearly marked for optimal physical distancing and placement of yoga mats.
  • 😷 All teachers and staff are wearing masks!
If you have any questions please give us a call, PM, or email us 🙏💚
