Maryknoll Lay Missioners - October 2021 mklm news
A roof over Liberato's head
“I have discovered a renewed faith in community,” says Maryknoll lay missioner Joe Loney. Joe recently organized a project in a small Andean village in Bolivia that literally provided a roof over his head for Liberato, a man with multiple disabilities.
Liberato, the neighbors, family members, Joe and his colleague Juan Carlos, and benefactors from the United States all worked together to improve the quality of life for a disadvantaged community member.
