Dear Broker/Agent Partner of TML Health, Just a reminder, as your TML Health groups transition to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), your medical and dental commission payments for these groups will be handled through the BCBSTX commission payment process as detailed below. BCBSTX has indicated that your TML Health groups will count towards bonus or override calculations. Vision and Life commission payments will still be processed by TML Health.

THIS MEANS After the transition to BCBSTX, your commission payments for Medical and Dental commissions for TML Health groups coming from BCBSTX (through their normal commission payment process) will start being paid between the 15th and 20th of every month, after the month of service. (Ex.: Commission incurred in October will be paid November 15– 20) Prior to January 1, 2022, you will continue to receive commissions from TML Health directly for groups still on the UHC/UMR platform. This is also true for any other ancillary coverage (like Life and Vision) that you have sold and are due commission.

By January 1, 2022, ALL TML Health groups will have been transitioned over to the BCBSTX platform and ALL of your medical and dental commissions will be coming out of the BCBSTX commission portal. Your ancillary coverage commissions for Vision and Life will continue to be paid via TML Health’s standard process in place today.
