While much of the focus on Tuesday's elections is on partisan Congressional fights, hundreds of cities and counties are focused on solving local problems through local votes. Among the ballot issues being considered are measures related to Medicaid expansion, capital improvements and affordable housing. Here's a discussion of some of this fall's ballot measuresas well as a list of mayors up for election.
