At the March 26, 2021 Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce Inc. Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the attached amendment to the Bylaws. The amendment will add a State of Alaska required dissolution clause related to distribution of net proceeds from charitable gaming.
Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 2 of the Bylaws, "Notice of amendments or material alterations of these bylaws shall be sent to the general membership for a thirty (30) day commenting period. After commenting period closes, final bylaws will be available at least thirty (30) days prior to date set for voting close.
The commenting period closes on May 5, 2021 by 4:00 PM. Please send all comments to [email protected]. After the comment period closes, a subsequent request for a vote will be sent to all members, with voting to close 30 days thereafter.
