1st Annual Summer Walkabout
a Huge Success
The Chamber, in collaboration with Bedford's Business Development and Healthy Bedford initiatives held the first Summer Walkabout in the high heat of July at Veteran's Memorial Park. Premier sponsor The Higgins Group offered youngsters an opportunity to tie dye t-shirts and The Learning Express Toy Store set up shop on the Narrow Gauge Rail Trail with Elsa and Elmo leading hula hoops and chalk games. Red Heat Tavern served delicious fresh lemonade and The Bedford Children's Center gave out balloons. There was live music and the event was attended by over 150 Bedford residents. Congratulations to all who participated in what will surely become another great Bedford tradition.

Don't Miss this Opportunity
Bedford Day ( September 17th)  is an annual event that offers various town activities throughout the entire day on Saturday, Sept. 19.
It's a great day for Bedford to celebrate itself and your business can be part of it. The fair will provide more than 100 vendors, including food vendors, businesses, nonprofits, local clubs and organizations. Businesses must sign up with the recreation Department by August 8. Businesses can not sell goods or services but you may distribute promotional material and free items.

     NETWORKING EVENT
You're invited to MEET, GREET & NETWORK with over 200 member professionals from several local area Chambers. Please join us for an evening of networking, delicious appetizers, and beverages at a great restaurant.
