What's your minimum order requirement to start a wholesale account?
The first time minimum order is $75.00. There is no minimum on reorders. Many price discounts are based on quantity.
How do I place a wholesale order and how do I order for the first time?
When establishing a new account, corporations, LLC's, and partnerships are required to supply a federal tax ID EIN number. A sole owner who is not a corporate entity can use his or her social security number instead of an EIN number.
When placing your first order, you may wish to contact us directly and an account representative will help include appropriate displays, signage, gift cards, and retail packaging. These items are usually free or at a very low cost and can be a great help in making sales. The account representative will also let you know about any quantity discounts available for the items you are ordering as well as any ongoing sale.

Can I choose the pieces I want in my collection?
Yes, your input is important. We will work with you to make sure the items you purchase reflect your geographical area and clientele.
Most companies give no help with unsold merchandise. What does Costello International offer? What about an item that didn't sell?
We give a 100% unsold merchandise credit whenever you restock! After an initial five-week merchandise satisfaction inspection period has passed, you may still return any merchandise in any quantity for 100% credit toward the future purchase of new merchandise. You may use returned merchandise for payment of up to 50% of the value of your next restocking. If restocking credit exceeds the allowed 50% value of the restocking, then the excess credit will be applied to your next restocking.
What is my markup to retail going to be?
I see many beautiful earrings, bracelets and rings pictured. What other categories of gifts do you offer and how much does it cost to carry them?
Popular categories include, tennis bracelets, barrettes, brooches, earring & necklace sets, ceramic art, amate bark paintings, religious gifts, anklets, toe rings, money clips, pill boxes, jewelry boxes, collectibles and the super-popular children's toy "Seismic Critters". It's not expensive to begin selling these items. For most stores, $75
to $100 in any of these categories will create a beautiful display. We can quickly deliver more of any item that begins to run low. Most stores receive their orders within 4 business days.

What materials are used in making your jewelry?
For accessories such as rings, toe rings, and bracelets having an intimate contact with the skin, we use a .999 pure silver overlay. The same as fine flatware, the overlay will last a lifetime. Costello International also produces a complete line of Pure Copper jewelry, so desired for its purported health benefits. Our Rose Gold is an alloy of pure copper and bronze. Inlay materials include Mother-of-Pearl, Lavender Mother-of-Pearl, cultured pearls, semi-precious stones, cubic zirconium gems, wildflowers, Red Rosewood, Orange Brazilwood, Ebony, Pacific Abalone Shell and other natural materials and resins.
What if I have sensitive skin? Can I wear your jewelry products?
Yes, you can wear beautiful hypoallergenic Costello International Jewelry with confidence and the assurance there will be no adverse reaction.
From what material are your earring wires made?
Our earring wires are made from hypoallergenic surgical steel.
