PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Fellow IACA Members, well wishers and Friends,

A very Happy 76th Republic day, 26th Jan to you all. We at IACA celebrated the republic day at IACA grounds on 21st Jan 2023 at IACA grounds. Republic Days ceebrations were attended by well over 200 people, IACA hall was full. Program Director, Ms. Geetanjali Talukadar with her team of Anamika Pol, Vish Ganti did an awesome job executing the nine patriotic themed cultural items we had. Food was served from our own Sanatan Mandir and special thanks goes to Bipin Changela ji and Nitin Joshi ji for ensuring sumptuous supply of Puri, Sabji, Laddo, Chai. People went belly filled and appreciated.

Republic day celebrations was well attended by dignitaries. We had Hon Deputy Counsel General Mr. Madan Gildiyal ji, Emory’s Dr. Indran, Georgia State University professor, Dr. Rasheed Naim, Indian Air Force Wing Cmdr. Ayub Khan ji. Prof Naim threw light on the makings of the Indian Constitution and it’s inclusiveness which led to her survival  for 76 years so far, while many constitutions from same era in the neighboring area failed.

We are quite touched by the enormous support from various other community organizations like Purvasha, BAGA, Poojari, GATA and AAAA. Aligarh Alumni Association of Atlanta ( AAAA ) delegation was represented by Mr.  Hassan Saheb, Naushad Ghilzai Saheb, MU Farooq Saheb, Zain Saheb and Dr. Moiz Mumtaz.

I welcome new Life member this week: Mr Anil Jain Shah/Sangeeta Jain. Bipin Changela family, And Ved Bhatia ji. Please get involved with IACA.  It’s imperative IACA stays, we need an Umbrella!
