Our "Bid Box" contains valuable jewelry, fine items, artwork and collectibles. The silent auction format allows customers to secretly bid on items they wish to buy, by bidding at least the opening bid amount shown

for any item. You can bid for as many items as you wish.

Koa Pedestal Bowl



This beautiful hand-turned koa wood bowl rests atop its pedestal, making it stand 10 inches tall. The bowl measures 10 inches in diameter. The possibilities for this dramatic bowl are endless. There is an unmistakable sheen and grain of real koa wood. The term woodworkers use is "chatoyancy". Consider yourself educated in a bit of woodworking lingo.

Sterling Silver and Blue Topaz Bracelet

This sparkling tennis bracelet is composed of triangular-cut blue topaz stones, set in sterling silver. The bracelet is 7-1/2 inches long x 3/8 inch wide and has a double safety closure to secure it to your wrist. The rich aqua color of the stones is beautiful.

Woven Straw Sunhat

What better way is there to shield the sun's bright rays than a straw hat! This one has a touch of Hawaii, with its woven leaf band and natural flower. It has a 3-inch brim and fits a small to medium size head.

14k Gold Dog Lapel Pin

This cute 14k gold canine sits atop a lapel pin, where he can "stay" without any command from you. The pin is 2-1/4 inches long. The shaggy dog, with enamel eyes, is 5/8 inch wide. The pin contains 6-1/2 grams of gold.

Pond Life Scene

This intricate pond life scene was carved in China of multiple materials: buffalo horn, stone, and celluloid, sitting upon a carved wood base. Fish and shrimp swim about amid a lotus flower and leaves. There is even a gold ingot included to ensure good fortune. The scene measures 11-1/2 inches tall x 11-1/2 inches wide.

Waterford Crystal Decanter

This sparkling Waterford crystal decanter is in the "Lismore" pattern. The decanter measures 10-1/2 inches tall and will elevate your beverage of choice.

Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Pin/Pendant

This pretty sunflower can be worn as a pendant or a pin. The petals are sterling silver and the circle around the tiny diamonds is 14k gold. The flower measures 1 inch in diameter.

Ryukyu Mini Wine Glasses


This set of four colorful mini wine glasses was made in Okinawa, Japan. They have the distinctive Ryukyu blown glass gradient coloration, with the crackle glass bowl and twisted stem. They each stand 5 inches tall.

Sterling Silver & Citrine Ring

This dramatic ring features a large (1/4 inch x 3/8 inch) citrine stone, surrounded by tiny white sapphires, set in gold-plated sterling silver. The ring is size 6-1/2.

Mahjong Set

Mahjong, anyone? This vintage set has a well-used carrying case and an instruction booklet. The 1-inch x 3/4-inch tiles have Chinese characters and symbols, as well as numerals and English letters. The carrying case measures 8-1/2 inches x 11 inches and contains two layers of tiles, 148 pieces all.

Children's Jade Bracelets

These are small natural jade bracelets, made to fit a child's wrist. The pale green bracelet has a 1-5/8 inch diameter opening. The lavender/grey bracelet is slightly larger, with a 1-3/4 inch diameter opening. These would make a nice birthday gift for your favorite youngster.

These five wooden Russian Matryoshka nesting dolls are colorfully hand-painted, with different scenes on each one. Each is intricately decorated, including gold accents. The dolls measure from 2 inches tall to 7-1/4 inches tall, with all four smaller ones fitting neatly into the largest one.

Such a clever cultural craft!

Brazilian Amethyst Loose Stone


Amethyst is the February birthstone and was once reserved for royalty. This one is a 4.29 carat oval-cut natural Brazilian amethyst in a rich lavender color. It measures 3/8 inch x 9/16 inch. You can decide on the setting for this pretty stone.

This is a Kate Spade New York crossbody bag, made from quilted raffia and black leather. It has gold-tone hardware and an adjustable shoulder strap. The leather bow tie accent adds a whimsical touch. It has a zip closure top and two interior pockets. The bag measures 10 inches wide x 6 inches tall.

This 14k gold bunny has a diamond-cut finish and can be worn as a charm or pendant. It weighs in at 2 grams of gold and measures 1 inch long. Hop on this one for some-bunny you love.

This Imari-style Japanese porcelain bowl has vibrant colors and gold gilt accents. The bowl measures 2-1/2 inches tall x 6-1/2 inches in diameter. The original gift box is included.

This precious vintage Hummel figurine is titled "Horse Trainer". It looks as though the youngster has trained his toy steed well indeed. The figurine stands 4-3/4 inches tall.

and our Thrift Shop?


Your Bid Box and Thrift Shop purchases help to fund our programs, such as Operation School Bell, providing new school clothing to students in need. We also have educational programs, such as Operation Wildlife, stressing the importance of conservation and care for our environment and its creatures. Our We Care program fulfills basic needs for youth in transitional situations. We serve children and families throughout Hawaii. We accept donations of gently-used merchandise ONLY on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during our open hours. We do appreciate your donations and thank you for thinking of our organization with your treasures.

Please do not leave donations outside our door when we are closed.
