Blue Waters is now open on weekends for rentals of Canoes, Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Kayaks, and Inner Tubes at Yorty Creek Recreation Area at beautiful Lake Sonoma. Enjoy the warm summer days with family and friends while enjoying some on water recreation, and/or shoreside relaxation.
Yorty Creek R.A. is only 1 hour 30 minutes drive North from the Golden Gate Bridge!

NOTE: Temperatures at Lake Sonoma are great all summer long. Typically daytime highs are mid-80's to high 90's, night time lows are in the mid-50's. Perfect weather for on water activities, and great for Overnight Camping!

~Canoes and Double Kayaks: $25 per hour, $80 All Day, $120 Overnight
~Stand-up Paddle Boards and Sit-on-Top Kayaks:
$15 per hour, $60 All Day, $90 Overnight
~Inner Tube Rentals: $5 per hour, $25 All Day, $40 Overnight
This is a great way to enjoy the warm summer days! Explore the Yorty Creek Arm of Lake Sonoma. Soak up some sunshine while gliding over the water on a Stand Up Paddleboard, exploring the different beach inlets. Navigate the area on a sit-on-top single kayak or simply kick back and relax while enjoying a lazy float on an inner tube while in search of a shaded beach area.
Blue Waters will be open every weekend until Labor Day from 9am to 5pm. You will find us on the beach at Yorty Creek next to the boat ramp.

ou will find yourself floating down a very calm stretch of the Colorado River through awe inspiring volcanic canyons. This fabulous trip features four different hot springs sites, a sauna cave, petroglyphs, hiking and swimming opportunities, incredible night sky stars, scrumptious food, and great company.
*Near Las Vegas, NV - this section of the Colorado is just below Lake Mead!
Relaxing Eco Tour Vacation: Just a 2-Hour Flight from the SF Bay Area
On this 3-day / 2-night guided adventure tour, Blue Waters will provide knowledgeable and awesome guides, all meals and snacks, tables, chairs, water, firewood, and all canoeing equipment including canoes, PFD's, paddles, and 1 large (109 liter) dry bag per person.
The group will meet at Hoover Dam Lodge at 7am on day 1 to load our gear into dry bags and get paddle ready. At 8am the van shuttles will leave the Hoover Dam Lodge parking lot on a scenic drive down to the base of the Hoover Dam, where your adventure truly begins. After launching our canoes, we'll enjoy a leisurely float trip to camp, stopping along the way to soak in remote hot springs, hike, relax, and enjoy the scenic and beautiful surroundings.
NOTE: Guests are encouraged to stay at the Hoover Dam Lodge the night before the trip, which is directly across the street from the shuttle pick up. Hoover Dam Lodge is reasonably priced, recently renovated, and only 30 minutes drive from Las Vegas Airport.
NOTE: Blue Waters can provide transportation from Las Vegas Airport to Hoover Dam Lodge with prior notice.

Bioluminescence Camping Tours
On Saturday - Sunday Nights when there is no moonlight
Tomales Bay Camping Permits are EXTREMELY LIMITED, and are selling out early this season. Accordingly, Blue Waters now has an
open enrollment camping program for groups of up to 6 persons.*
*NOTE: Private camps for larger groups can be set up on any date with advanced notice
On weekends when there is no moonlight, which afford good Bioluminescence viewing, Blue Waters sets up waterside camps equipped with tables, camp chairs, camp stove, firewood for one fire, fresh water. These camps are
accessible by a short scenic paddle from one of our locations, and are staffed by our capable and friendly kayak guides. All that you need to bring is your tent, sleeping bag and camping pad, food for your trip, and anything else you would like to have on your adventure. You simply arrive at our Marshall location at 10am, load your gear onto our motorboat, and then enjoy a leisurely and scenic paddle to the campsite.
On all of our group camps, your guide and camp host will lead guided tours from camp for anyone who wants to explore Tomales Bay after the sun goes down. On dark nights, we'll explore the shoreline and be thrilled by the natural light show in the water that is bioluminescence. Join us on this wonderful night paddling experience, after which will you will sleep peacefully at the waters edge.
