A: You will need to complete an online application, submit your entrance exam scores, Math and English teacher letters of recommendation, report cards from 7th and 8th grades and a $50 fee.

to give your current school permission to send your records to St Joes. Your current school can email, mail or fax your documents to the Office of Admission.
Q. Where and when can I take the Entrance Exam?
A: All new students must take an entrance exam High School Placement Exam (HSPT). The exam is a one-time test. Test takers can send their results to three Diocesan high schools to which they are applying (St Joes, Immaculate, Kolbe, Notre Dame or Trinity). The $50 St Joseph Application Fee will cover the cost of the entrance exam taken at St Joseph High School.

Q: How is my application reviewed?
A: Your academic performance during middle school as well as your effort and motivation are important. We will look at each aspect of your application materials including your essay, attendance, teacher comments and current grades.
Q: When is the application deadline? When will I receive my admissions decision?
A: The application deadline is November 12, 2018. The Admissions team will send your decision via mail on December 14, 2018. Applications submitted after the November 12 deadline will receive decisions on a rolling basis.
