The Northern Colorado Pilates Company is aware of concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus. We are reaching out to share with you what we are doing to help keep our business healthy and safe. The health of our clients is top priority and we would like to reassure you that we are taking appropriate action to stay open and keep you moving.
In accordance with the Center of Disease Control we are asking our staff and clients to wash their hands before and after their sessions. There are 3 sinks inside our facility as well as the sinks in the public restrooms. We are providing sanitizer made with essential oils that is encouraged to be used after hand washing. Along with these new sanitation guidelines there will be latex gloves available to anyone who prefers to take that additional precaution.
We are now using paper towels to clean equipment instead of cloth towels and would like you to use and discard as many per piece of equipment as necessary before and after class. We have added alcohol to our essential oil disinfectant to help kill this unsavory virus.
To the extent reasonably known, we will notify you of any tenant or client confirmed cases. Please stay home if you are sick and cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing and appropriately discard tissues.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and we appreciate your support and patronage.
