Come Share Your Career
at CCMS's Annual Career Day
Culver City Middle School will host its annual Career Day on Wednesday, November 14.

The school is looking for presenters who are passionate about their career and would love to share it with CCMS students! We are looking for presenters from various backgrounds. In the past, we have had everything from a district attorney to a pregnancy yoga teacher! This is a fun and inspiring day for our students!

If you are interested or have questions, please contact Christina Monroy at  christinamonroy@ccusd.org   We look forward to having you be part of our exciting day!
CCUSD Counselors Continue
Learning at CASC Conference
CCUSD elementary and middle school counselors recently spent two days at the California Association for School Counselors annual conference in Riverside.

"It’s been a great two days of professional development and getting to spend time with each other collaborating and brainstorming a K-8 counseling program," said Sarah Slemmons, CCMS Counselor.

In addition, CCUSD's own Amy Dauble-Madigan is the CASC president this year. CCUSD is fortunate to have her knowledge and advocacy from the CASC perspective as part of the CCUSD team. As education professionals, counselors find professional development opportunities both necessary and helpful in expanding our team's comprehensive school counseling programs.
