Since our beginning in 2003, we have enjoyed solid support from so many individuals, foundations, businesses, and organizations. We always are thankful for everyone who take an interest in our precious youngsters, perhaps more now than ever. As with every organization across the globe, Camp of Dreams is navigating the changes and impact of the pandemic. We wanted to share updates for our programs and our near term plans.

After School Program
With the approval of vaccination of children under 12, Camp of Dreams is looking forward to rebooting our after-school program in January 2022 pending the approval of our board.

Community Days
Our Community Days program is currently on hold until the Fall of 2022.
Summer Camp
We are proceeding with our plans for Summer Camp 2022. We are confirming whether or not our away campsite will be up and running and defining best practices to keep our staff and campers safe. We are in touch with our camp partner and monitoring updates from the American Camping Association.

2021 XMAS Toy Giveaway

To Our Camp of Dreams Families,

If you are truly in need of support this holiday season, we invite you to join us at Pilgrim Baptist Church (3300 S Indiana, Chicago) on December 18 from Noon until 4:00 pm for a Toy Giveaway for children ages 5 to 10. Pre-registration is required and proof of vaccination is required for admittance. Limited reservations are available so register as soon as possible. Email us at info@campofdreams.org by December 8 with your children's names and date of birth. Children must be present to receive toys.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event is required for all guests for admission. Home tests are not accepted. Masks are required on site.
