Coupled with a 1.8% decrease in the median sales price to $420,000, the data reflects sustained activity through late summer and early fall, pointing to renewed buyer confidence and continued market balance as prices follow typical seasonality.

I traveled 2,500 miles during my four night solo motorcycle run through Texas, New Mexico, Southwest Colorado and all points between. This trip always provides extreme weather conditions, solitude, beautiful scenery, a connection between man and bike and feeds my soul. I rode 5 days averaging ten hours per day; I love to ride.
