Biggest Challenge?
The construction of a new restaurant and getting it built and open in less than four months.
What are you most proud of?
We are most proud of the completion of our project and the genuine appreciation the community has shown us.
What do you foresee in the future?
We foresee expanding our restaurant into other communities in Jefferson County as well as surrounding areas.
How has the Chamber helped you?
The Chamber has helped us by reaching out to important people in the community to help with opening our restaurant as well as advertising and helping with our ribbon cutting.
Any other interesting facts or information?
We will need support from the community of Wrens at the polls this summer on a vote that will help determine if we are able to obtain a liquor license.
We want to serve margaritas in the future.
